If you have received your parcel and your items are incorrect or faulty, you will need to contact us within 7 days regarding the returns of items. Ideally sooner so we can rectify the issue as soon as possible. Please contact us within 24 hours if it regarding fresh baked goods such as bread.
If you are requesting a refund and need to return the goods due to changing your mind a refund will be issued upon the successful return of your items back to our office, assuming all products are still in good unopened condition and within its best before date. Postage costs will be your own.
If you are returning the goods due to our mistake or a faulty item the postage costs will be refunded along with the product value upon receipt of the item(s).
For us to process a collection of goods, we would ask for proof of purchase. We would require your order number and delivery address of goods.
Perishable goods are not covered by the consumer contracts regulations periods, as they may not last as long as the recommended threshold.
Damaged products
We are not accountable or liable for any loss/damage caused by the courier company or deterioration caused by poor handling of your products upon arrival or non-collection of orders after failed delivery attempts.
