Avidlite high protein shake/pudding/mousse mix, 450g pot, makes about 19 servings. Suitable low carb diets (Atkins), low glycemic diets (GI/GL), diabetics and others. 1.4g net effective carbs per serving for vanilla flavour, 0.9g for chocolate.
INGREDIENTS based on vanilla flavour (similar): Milk protein, vegetable fat, thickeners (microcrystalline cellulose and methylcellulose), flavour, starch, salt, sweetener: aspartame (contains phenylalanine), and potassium acesulfame, methionine, acidity correcting agent (magnesium oxide), anti-caking agent (silicone dioxide), exhausted vanilla pods (0.167%), colouring agent (carotenoids).
ALLERGENS: Contains milk and soy. Made on equipment on which are also processed: milk, egg, soy, gluten and celery.
NUTRITION INFORMATION per 23.5g serving of vanilla flavour: 92 kCal, Protein 18g, Carbohydrates 2g of which sugars 0.3g, Fat 1g of which saturated 0.2g, Fibre 0.6g, Sodium 68mg, Potassium 23mg, Calcium 258mg.
Chocolate flavour is lower net carbs, higher fibre.
Net carbs are calculated by subtracting fibre from total carbs.
Make pudding by adding cold water and whisking. Make mousse by adding one beaten egg. Make shake by adding more cold water and mixing.
I like to add some thick double cream to any of the above (OK if following a fat burning diet like Atkins).\n
